- Sales: Assisting with sales, promoting seasonal specials, and creating attractive displays to enhance customer engagement.

- Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient store operations and provide exceptional service to customers.
- Previous experience as a fishmonger or in a seafood-related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different types of fish and seafood, including preparation and cooking methods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Must be able to lift up to [X] pounds and stand for long periods.

It all began with Thos Carson and his father fishing and life revolving around the boat, BearFlag I, and a desire to start something using fresh sustainable seafood. Our doors opened in 2007 and the customers haven’t stopped coming since. Our flagship location opened in Newport Beach and we have since opened locations in Huntington Beach and Newport Coast in addition to our sister restaurants Wild Taco and Circle Hook. Our desire to provide our customers with the freshest seafood and amazing customer service is still as strong as it was on day one. We pride ourselves on employing the local kids and some of those kids have now been with us for years advancing in their careers with us.
