Position Overview:
The Shift Lead / Server plays a dual role—serving guests while also supporting management in overseeing daily shifts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role, stays calm under pressure, and is passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Shift Management:
  • Act as the point of contact during assigned shifts
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure smooth service flow and team coordination
  • Assist in handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Lead by example with a positive, team-first attitude
Service Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized section
  • Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming experience
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

Team Support:
  • Help train and mentor new team members
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Supervise a shift 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of serving experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexible schedule, including nights & weekends

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
